We are pleased to announce the upcoming Twinning4MediaUA online mission focused on Operational Analysis and Optimization of the Organizational Structure of the National Council of Ukraine on Television and Radio Broadcasting.
During this session, the Ukrainian team will dive deep into the current organizational structure, spotlight key departmental roles, tackle ongoing challenges, and outline ambitious reforms. The mission falls under Component 2 of the Twinning Project – Strengthening the Administrative Capacity of the National Council – and aims to gather practical recommendations from experienced experts in EU Member States.
The presentation will offer a clear overview of the institution’s mandate and constitutional role, setting out how these responsibilities translate into operational priorities and internal arrangements. It will also introduce the current organizational chart, outlining the existing departmental structure, the distribution of competences across units, and the main lines of coordination and reporting. This initial discussion will provide a shared baseline for the assessment process and support a common understanding of the areas to be examined in greater depth throughout the mission.
